J&J wanted to build a global center of excellence for artwork production to drive consistent global brand reproduction. We partnered with them to identify and deliver transformational change and marketing supply chain solutions to achieve that goal.
OUR APPROACH
We carried out diagnostic sessions in all four global regions to understand needs, then used those discoveries to transform the artwork and labelling processes to deliver speed and efficiency, applying a ground-up approach to a global reorganization.
