SGK Appoints Scott Doherty as European Digital Director

SGK has named Scott Doherty as its new Digital Director Europe, with the newly created role set to bolster the global packaging solutions and brand experience company’s digital development and deployment specialism.
A digital veteran with more than 15 years of FMCG experience, Scott has a sales & marketing pedigree that includes roles as head of digital commerce / eBusiness with Danone, and head of eCommerce at Ferrero. He also spent seven years at Mars, where he advanced to the position of digital / eCommerce channel development head and led the eCommerce acceleration for the world’s leading confectionery manufacturer. Prior to this, Scott served several years with dunnhumby, managing a portfolio of standout FMCG clients, including Unilever, Britvic and Kraft.
Based in London, Scott will work alongside a team of more than 3,000 production experts spanning 70 locations in 27 countries to deliver digital campaigns in eCommerce, TV, video, mobile, virtual reality and social media, leveraging cutting-edge technology such as generative AI to elevate brand experience and performance.
