Towards 2025

• Establish 2019 baseline and complete reporting for 2020 – 2022 for Scope 2 emissions
• Commit to setting a Science Based Scope 2 reduction target towards New Zero based on the baseline and current measurements

Towards 2030

• Reduce Scope 2 emissions by 30% by 2030 from 2019 baseline
• Increase the proportion of kWh from green energy sources by 20% annually, towards 100%

We will take actions to reduce and recycle waste within the product cycle.

Towards 2025

• Provide all sites with guidance and training on locally relevant and measurable recycling policies
• Ensure that every site is correctly measuring waste to landfill
• 100% of hazardous waste to be disposed of in line with local regulations
• Understand waste baseline & set reduction targets year on year
• Each site to conduct audit of SUPs and identify at least 2 changes
• 80% of all operations globally recycle waste
• Increase diversion of waste from landfill by 20% globally by 2025

Towards 2030

• Determine target for reduction of waste production by a percentage based on works towards 2025

We will conserve energy and manage energy efficiency improvements throughout our global facilities and operations.

• Scoping of sites suitable for on-site renewables (with pilots at suitable sites)

We are dedicated to managing water use thoughtfully and efficiently throughout our global operations, focusing on careful and responsible utilization.

Towards 2025

• Complete water stress map, globally
• Set reduction goal in gallons of freshwater used, based on water stress of geographic region
• 15% reduction in gallons of freshwater uses, focusing on water stressed areas

We will source responsibly and work with our suppliers to develop sustainable solutions.

Towards 2025

• Develop and publish an ethical procurement charter
• Enroll 30% of suppliers (by spend) under the ethical procurement charter
• Enroll in a third-party supply chain assessment scheme and request suppliers to do the same

Towards 2030

• 30% of suppliers (by spend) to sign on to ethical procurement charter
• Pilot sales teams to offer a sustainable alternative to traditional products during each sales process and collect feedback

We will actively promote environmental conservation in the communities in which we operate.

Towards 2025

• Establish a group-managed scheme for local environmental activities
• 100% of ELT, GELT, SELT to lead and participate in a volunteering day, per annum
• 85% of employees successfully completing online education programs

Towards 2030

• Complete 3 site-based training events in each region for environmental education to be completed and feedback reported
• 90% of employees reporting feedback from environmental programs
• 50% of employees undertake and report back on volunteering day

We are taking a systematic management approach to minimize and eliminate our environmental impacts around the world. We will consistently and continually assess the impact of our operations and our products on the environment and the communities in which we live and operate with a goal of continuous improvement.

Towards 2025

• Implement a sustainability reporting system, with 100% of sites recording data
• Build a business case for ISO 50001 and/or ISO 14001 certification at all manufacturing sites
• Complete 3 site-based training events in each region for environmental education
• 85% of employees successfully completing online education programs, and moving towards reporting feedback

We will work with all government entities for the development of technically sound and financially responsible environmental laws and will comply with applicable government laws and regulations.

• No breaches of environmental regulations (year-on-year goal)

We will vigorously pursue the development and implementation of technologies to minimize pollutant emissions from our products and our operations.
