Building a Seamless Journey for a New Premium Pet Food

A cross-channel campaign reflects the brand’s commitment to healthy dog food.

Meeting consumer needs
Healthy pet food is on the rise and there’s a growing demand for real ingredients and healthier cooking process. Billy and Margot turned this demand to execution with a new product launch, Gourmet Shreds - a first in the pet food industry, with gently cooked gourmet shreds made with real Australian meat and real superfoods.

Creating a 360 campaign
Working closely with the brand team and retailer, SGK developed the campaign vision: Gently cooked for Natural Nutrition. A 360 campaign was built to support the new food format embodying the brand’s beliefs of wholesome dog food catered for a dog’s ultimate health. Targeting many health-conscious paw-rents, we created a series of assets that hero the shreds and drive shopper engagement through different channels.

Flexing across a myriad of media
To convey the product’s natural creds, we illustrated the hero visual with fresh ingredients, paired with key ingredient naming to capture consumer’s attention. The dynamic design supported the build of a full suit of assets from pack design to TV commercial video.
